v0.9.7 beta1 released!

It took long enough but v0.9.7 has entered beta-1 phase. This is an open public beta so anyone can hit out GitHub page and download this new version.
Strange as it may sound, v0.9.7-beta1 will most likely be more stable than v0.9.6.2. So many bugs were discovered with this version such as captcha, uploads, etc which have all been fixed as part of v0.9.7-beta1.
In the future we will try harder to maintain a stable version and a development version, meaning this sort of situation won't happen again.
Main things to look out for:
- New page manager - Tree structure, unlimited hierarchical URL's.
- TinyMCE plays nice with URL's
- Uploads fixed
- Captcha fixed
- Staff module overhaul
- IE7 now has less JavaScript errors
- jQuery now in no conflict mode for compatibility
- Running CodeIgniter 1.7.2 (not yet compatible with PHP 5.3 though)
