Sorry, if I ask a question that has been answered somewhere else:
Is only the 1.0 branch using CI 2.0 ( still in development too) ?
Or is 0.99x already using CI 2.0 ? I think yes.. but I am not sure.

Thanks

Tiziano

ps. can somebody of the admins correct my forum name? A profile administration here is missing.. wink

How did you post this topic without seeing the link on the same page?

And if you want to edit your profile, you can do it here:

I posted the question because I think your entry is not really clear.
Probably I am the only one.
Anyway, thanks for you fast reply.
And yes now! the edit-profile seems to work..
But the validation for the form is weird.

Agreed, the profile code is very basic and was written years ago.

If you'd like to contribute an improved version I would "love you long time". grin

Why not, I will try to find some time for.
But where would I find the code ? In the Forums-Module of pyrocms ?

I will look to find some spare time..would be glad to contribute.
But first I have to make some new websites.
I make them with plain codeigniter 1.7x.

Question: Which version is a good starting point with pyro ? the 0.99x or the 1.00-dev ?

Remark: I dont do webistes for money .

As long as you are tracking your local work with Git it really wouldn't make much difference which you work with. v1.0 will not be a drastic change from v0.9.9.x and the upgrade script means you can just jump when its released as stable.
